The International Federation of Esport operates the SAGR Program, an institutional framework designed to structure, govern, and regulate esports ecosystems at scale.

The SAGR Program is a modular framework allowing regions, partners, and ecosystems to develop esports activities within a coherent, neutral, and long-term structure.

Design and deployment of coherent structural frameworks for leagues, infrastructures, and ecosystem coordination

A – ADMINISTRATION

Administrative coordination of international, continental, and regional operations through standardized institutional processes.

G – GOVERNANCE

Definition of governance models ensuring neutrality, transparency, and separation between sporting, regulatory, and commercial interests.

R – REGULATION

Regulatory frameworks covering licenses, integrity, compliance, and competitive fairness across the ecosystem.
